How to use the "Announce Email Address" feature of Yahoo Mail to send an e-mail to multiple e-mail addresses you can do the following:
- First, you need to sign in to your Yahoo! account. Your first mail. You can go to http://mail.yahoo.com and enter your username in the "Yahoo! ID "and password in the" Password "box. Click the "Sign In" button to login.
- After successful login, in mailbox window click "Mail Options" button. In the Personalization section, click "Announce Email Address".
- A new link page opens. In the "Personalize Your Announcement" section, enter the recipient's e-mail addresses in the "To" field (comma separated e-mail addresses). e-mail in the subject line and the content of the e-mail in "Message" (you enter 1000 characters). In the "To" line, you can click on the "Insert from Yahoo!" link. Address Book "to select the e-mail address from the" Address Book ", after selecting the e-mail address to send, then click" Insert Checked Contacts ".
- Enter the information above, click "Preview and Send Announcement".
A new link opens for you to review the above information. If you need to change any information then click on "Make More Changes", when you send, you press the "Send Announcement" button and this e-mail will be forwarded to the e-mail addresses of the recipients. .
